About First Financial Federal CU
First Financial Federal Credit Union was founded in 1953 to offer financial products and services as a not for profit cooperative financial institution. We call our customers “members” as they are the owners of the credit union. First Financial FCU offers a full range of financial services from basic savings accounts and free checking to auto loans and first mortgages. As a non-profit organization, a high level of member service, rather than profits, is our priority. Any profits that are realized by the credit union are returned to our members in the form of higher dividends on savings, lower cost loans, and reduced cost or free services.
As the owners of the credit union, members have an equal voice in how the credit union is run. Our volunteer Board of Directors is elected by the membership. Looking for local personal service that you can't find at a big bank? We provide our members with unmatched products and member service at 9 branch offices located in the Baltimore area.
