Newton-Wellesley Hospital is the premier community teaching hospital in Massachusetts, offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical and specialty care. We also have a 24-hour-a-day emergency department, pediatric emergency department and dedicated inpatient units with staff who are expert in meeting the needs of orthopedic, critical care and oncology patients. In addition, in the fall of 2009, we opened the Vernon Cancer Center which offers patients an entire realm of cancer care, expert and innovative services and advanced treatment options.
