About COCC Connecticut-On-Line Computer Center
COCC provides complete IT services for banks and credit unions in the Northeastern United States. We are a co-operative, founded by our clients 44 years ago to give them control over the features, cost and quality of their computer services. This mission and ownership structure are as strong today as they were when our company opened its doors in 1967. COCC processes transactions for 4 million bank accounts of all kinds – checking, savings, loans – and we provide the latest banking features, such as mobile banking, Internet banking and bill payment, debit card purchases, and ATM transactions.
We also provide back office banking solutions, such as fraud detection, customer relationship management, business intelligence, document imaging and government reporting. Our staff is most proud of the excellent client service ratings we have earned over the past 30 years. Our service ratings consistently top our industry, winning new customers and keeping COCC financially strong in the very competitive market for financial IT services.
