Although they had little experience in assisted living, Crystal and Steve Miller started Frontida in 2009 and have successfully built a business based on their passion - helping people be successful. Crystal often tells friends and colleagues how excited she is when those on her team experience success – at work and at home.
This philosophy is the foundation of Frontida and the result is a team of people who value their work and each other.
